EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange your Halo Hair Extension if it not the right colour but we do not issue refunds.

To exchange your Halo Hair Extension, you must email us at travis@sydneyhumanhairextensions.com.au within 7 business days of the receipt of your Halo Hair

Extension and return the hair to Shop 1 / 105 Parramatta Rd, Camperdown, NSW, 2050.

You must first ensure the following:

  • The Halo Hair Extension has not been removed from the packet.
  • The Halo Hair Extensions has not been worn.
  • The Halo Hair Extension is not damaged (e.g. the clips).
  • The Halo Hair Extensions packaging is still in its original state.

Note: It is essential that the Halo Hair Extension has not been opened / worn for hygiene reasons. At TG Hair Extensions we take sanitation very seriously and will not compromise on our standards.

If we determine that the Halo Hair Extensions package / product has been tampered with or worn, we will notify you by email within 7 business days of receipt. You can then decide whether you would like to pay postage for us to return the hair to you. Alternatively, we will keep the hair for 14 business days, after which it will be discarded.

If your exchange is received 7+ business days after your delivery it will be returned to you.


All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a description of the colour you want sent in place of the original order.
